The MISTA Growth Hack 2024 Symposium on Biomass Fermentation – November 19th
The intent of The MISTA Growth Hack Symposium is to draw awareness to the little known promise of biomass fermentation as a class of ingredients that can help transform the food system. It will be an integral part of the hand-ons prototyping and food concepts that 8 food tech multinationals (AAK, Buhler, CJ CheilJedang, Danone, Givaudan, Ingredion, JPG Resources and SIG) will be developing with 14 start-ups. The content of this Symposium will be a combination of technical discussions on the various technical platforms, and analytical views from experts on several critical aspects, ranging from techno-economical scalability, to regulatory pathway.
The audience will include multiple start-ups, food multinationals, academics, VCs, and NGOs. The intention is to keep this symposium rather small (100 people), by invitation only, to foster meaningful exchanges and encounters.
