We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a symposium on Healthy Nutrition on March 12th. We will bring the global MISTA ecosystem together to experience how trends and technologies are shaping the next generation of food from snacking to center-of-the-plate to functional beverages. We will delve into how GLP-1’s and concerns about Ultra Processed Foods (UPF’s) are influencing the future of food.

Additionally, we will explore ingredients, technologies, and processes enabling new solutions for metabolic health. Our goal is that attendees will walk away educated and inspired after a day of interactions with leaders from across the global food system.

Key Symposium elements:

  • Expert panels
    • Ultra Processed Foods – existential threat  / opportunity
